Anglian Water Motor Replacement

The Problem:

When a pump motor working at Anglian Water’s Long Sutton Sewage Treatment Works burnt out, it needed to be quickly replaced with a new motor with a different frame size.

Our Solution:

Our team of experienced engineers attended the site to remove the old pump motor utilising our in-house lifting gantry.

Meanwhile, we measured, designed and manufactured an adaptor ring and coupling of the correct size for the new motor.

We then installed the new motor and successfully tested it for correct operation.
